Don't Judge

I've had a very busy month and my blog has been the last thing on my mind.  Here's a few highlights from the month of January.

*I spent a week in Boston & NYC with a girlfriend.  We saw the 9/11 Memorial, ate at Bobby Flay's restaurant, did a walking food tour of Little Italy, saw a Broadway show with Ricky Martin (well, not with him, but he was in it), walked all over Boston viewing all the historic sights, and enjoyed a week with no kids and lots of sleep!
*Three days after getting back to Denver, I packed the kids up and headed to NE for four days to celebrate Christmas with my brother and family and to visit my grandparents on the farm and continue my interview of their life story.
*Jeff and I had a much needed date night (thank you Shiloh & Josh).  We saw Zero Dark Thirty - excellent movie.
*I registered Case for KG, this time for reals.
*And we've been busy with birthday parties, Bible studies and two kids with very busy schedules
*Now, we're packing up for a weekend in the mountains tubing.  Maybe February will be a little calmer.

Broadway Show, Evita.  It was all singing.  It wasn't the best show I've ever seen but was still fun to go to a show in NYC.

The waterfalls where one of the Twin Towers stood.  They did a great job with the memorial.

Victims names etched around the waterfall.

This is one of the two towers being rebuilt across the street from where the originals stood.  They're so tall that the top was covered by clouds.

Noon Years Eve Party

On New Years Eve, I took the kids to a "Noon" Year Party at My Gym.  Although there were about 75+ kids there and their parents, it was fun and both kids had fun.

Christmas

This blanket and dog was one of Case's favorite gifts.  Super soft.

Siahna got into opening gifts this year.  This stroller was one of her favorite gifts.  She often pushes the laundry baskets around the house so it's nice that she has a real toy to push now!

Aunt Dido helped Case build with his new Lincoln Logs.

Santa brought us all new pj's.
