Creepy guy down the street

If you all remember a month or two ago, when I blogged about the creepy guy down the street whom I thought was keeping a hostage locked up in his house - well, we discovered today that he has a dog. Remember the face Jeff thought he saw in the window and the smudges at the bottom of the window? It was the dog!!!! Now it all makes sense. No hostage - just a dog. Although, hostage is much more interesting!
