Last night, Jeff & I went to see my favorite band, Third Day. Jeff surprised me with the tickets about a month ago and I've been patiently awaiting the day. Jars of Clay & Switchfoot opened for them. I have to say, I'm no longer a fan of Jars of Clay. Nothing tops their first CD.BTW - did you notice my new hair color? Decided it was time to go darker for winter.
After waiting about 2 1/2 hours, Third Day finally came on stage.
We had ground level seats and were fairly close to the stage. It was a great concert. It was their last show for this tour. So, for the finale, all the bands and members came out and sang their version of "I'll Fly Away." The first guy that you'll hear sing is the lead singer from Jars of Clay.
Looks like a blast - glad you finally got to go!

That looks awesome. BTW, what is it with your family & surprises? Everyone seems to get a surprise at least once or twice a year...
