Memories. This afternoon, Case & I snuck away to an antique store while Jeff and Siahna napped (Jeff had the afternoon off as we had Siahna's annual review). There were lots of things that reminded me of my childhood, but two that I had to take pictures of and email to my mom. Shi - do you remember these?
My mom had a red box just like this from when she was a kid that she kept all of her old Barbie dolls in. Shiloh and I played with them and ruined some dolls that are probably pretty valuable today. This red box brought back memories from when I was a little girl.
Mom and dad had these canisters in their kitchen when I was little. I think their couch even matched the canisters (brown, orange, yellow, green). 
Yes, I remember both of those items. I asked mom if she still had the red box full of barbies. She said it's down in the barn. I keep asking her to dig them out so I can look at them, but she never has.
